Insulated sandwich panels that close the building envelope and help hold the stable internal environment a data hall needs.

Insulation installed continuously within the envelope build-ups, to the specified thickness and without gaps.

Cement board sheathing on light-gauge walls: a durable, moisture-resistant substrate for the external finish.

Structural steel can come from our own factory in Al-Sulay, Riyadh, so the frame runs on our schedule rather than a supplier’s.

Daily toolbox talks, site inductions for every crew, and work at height from boom lifts and scaffold. Mission-critical sites do not tolerate incidents, and neither do we.
